Patrick Bamford reacts on Twitter after Middlesbrough finish fourth

Chelsea-owned Middlesbrough forward Patrick Bamford is looking forward to Championship playoffs.

Middlesbrough forward Patrick Bamford has taken to social networking site Twitter to give his reaction to today’s turn of events in the Championship.

Boro started the day in third place in the league table, but they dropped down to fourth following a goalless draw with Brighton & Hove Albion at the Riverside Stadium.

Meanwhile, Bournemouth won the Championship title as they won 3-0 against Charlton Athletic away from home at The Valley and Watford drew 1-1 with Sheffield Wednesday at Vicarage Road.

Following today’s round of matches in the league, Chelsea-owned youngster Bamford posted the following message on Twitter.

Middlesbrough will face Brentford in the two-legged semi-final playoff, the first leg being held on Friday, May 8.

In the other playoff semi-final, Norwich City will take on Ipswich Town. The winners of the two semi-finals will then face off in the final for a place in the 2015-16 Premier League campaign.
