Newcastle United will be looking to return ways in the Premier League this afternoon with victory over Leicester City away from home.
John Carver’s side will head into the encounter at the King Power Stadium on the back of a 3-2 defeat to Swansea City at St. James’ Park.
It was Newcastle’s seventh defeat in a row in the Premier League and has left them close to the relegation zone.
Heading into this weekend’s round of matches, the Magpies find themselves 14th in the Premier League table with 35 points from 34 matches, just five points above the bottom three.
Meanwhile, Leicester are currently 17th in the league table with 31 points from 34 games, just a point above the drop zone.
The Foxes have been in good form in recent weeks and have given themselves a fighting chance of escaping the drop.
