The pundit was clearly channeling the current Leicester boss in this video.
While we are used to Jose Mourinho dominating the media conferences after games this week it was Nigel Pearson who did so. Chelsea beat The Foxes 3-1 at the King Power Stadium to put themselves one win away from claiming the Premier League title.
After the game Nigel Pearson got fairly uptight after a question from a journalist in the media room. He went on to call him 'stupid' and an 'ostrich' in one of the more bizarre press conferences in Premier League history.
It is not the first time Pearson has courted controversy this season. He jokingly throttled James McArthur earlier in the season and dubbed referee Mike Dean 'the most arrogant man he's ever met' in separate incidents.
This latest moment however trumps the lot.
The former Welsh international turned pundit did this promo for his William Hill segment this week, replacing 'ostrich' with 'aardvark'.
Savage, who played over 200 games for Leicester City, tries his best to be funny and if you are a fan of the 'Marmite Man' you will probably find it amusing.
If you're not there is also comfort in the knowledge that if Pearson ever gets his hand on him, the throttling will not be playful.
