Tottenham have reportedly held talks over a move for Marseille forward Andre Ayew.
Spurs may have missed on a top four spot, but are pushing for a place in next season's Europa League - and manager Pochettino will want to add a wide man.
With inconsistent displays from the likes of Erik Lamela and Andros Townsend this term, another winger would go a long way to relieving some of the pressure from Harry Kane in the final third.
Now, Mercato 365 believe that Pochettino has been in talks with Ayew over a move at the end of the season, with the Marseille man's contract set to expire this summer.
The 25-year-old, who can play out wide or up front, has scored 58 goals in the last five seasons for Marseille, whilst also scoring 11 goals in 62 games for the Ghanaian national team.
Ayew will be available on a free transfer this summer, and could be a bargain given his record in France - and now Pochettino is reportedly trying to steal a march on his rivals.
In a bizarre report, Mercato 365 suggest that Pochettino has held talks with Ayew over Skype, as Spurs attempt to persuade him into a move to North London.
Conducting talks via Skype is unheard of despite modern technology, but maybe Spurs will now set a trend if they can land Ayew.
