Teenage winger Sheyi Ojo was back in a Liverpool shirt last night after a loan spell with Wigan.

He came off the bench in the second half of the 'mini-derby' against Everton, which the Reds won 3-1.

Ojo even got on the scoresheet, after being fouled in the box, stepping up to fire home the resulting penalty, Liverpool's third goal.

Ojo posted a photo on his Instagram page after the match, with a message stating: "Happy to be back! nice to score in the mini derby."

The England youth international signed on loan with Wigan Athletic in early February, making an immediate impact by providing an assist on his debut.

He made 11 appearances in total, but was unable to help the Latics avoid relegation, with their fate sealed earlier this week.

He is still technically on loan, with Wigan having one more game to play on Sunday, but Liverpool clearly felt this game brought an good opportunity to bring him back, and the winger showed he is just as sharp, if not more so, than when he left.
