Barry Bannan’s message to Bolton Wanderers fans ahead of Crystal Palace return

Barry Bannan joined Championship outfit Bolton Wanderers from Premier League club Crystal Palace in the January transfer window.

Crystal Palace-owned midfielder Barry Bannan has taken to social networking site Twitter to bid fond farewell to Bolton Wanderers.

Bannan joined Championship outfit Bolton from Palace in the January transfer window on loan until the end of the season.

The Trotters' final game of the 2014-15 Championship campaign is against Birmingham City at the Reebok Stadium tomorrow.

Former Aston Villa star Bannan is looking forward to playing his last match for Bolton and hopes to end his time with them on a positive note.

Bolton are currently 18th in the Championship table with 51 points from 45 matches, while Birmingham are 11th in the standings at the moment with 60 points.

Bannan has featured in 15 Championship games for Neil Lennon’s side this campaign, creating 42 chances in the process.

The Scotland international has a pass accuracy of 82% and a shot accuracy of 27%, and he has won eight headers, 11 dribbles and 27 tackles.
