Southampton, Aston Villa, Swansea, Crystal Palace, Newcastle, Hull, Sunderland and QPR are all named as suitors of the 23-year-old, whilst West Ham were linked with a summer move for Wilson earlier this week, as per the same media outlet.
Starting his career at Coventry, Wilson burst onto the scene with his hometown club last season, netting 21 goals in 37 League One games. This form earned him a £3 million move to Bournemouth, and he has continued his incredible development with the Cherries.
23 goals in 29 games across all competitions for Eddie Howe’s men is an amazing return, and he has been the main attacking threat for the South Coast side, who are set to secure their promotion to the Premier League this weekend.
The interest from the Premier League’s top sides comes as no surprise, although it is highly unlikely that either Bournemouth or Wilson would consider a transfer. The majority of the clubs are in the bottom half of the Premier League table, and Bournemouth certainly have a good chance of staying in the top flight next term.
Even the likes of Villa, Spurs and West Ham, who have aspirations for European football, are hardly likely to entice the young forward, who looks well set to continue his career as the main striking threat in an exciting side.
