Liverpool will take on Queens Park Rangers at Anfield in the Premier League on Saturday.

The Liverpool players have been training today ahead of Saturday’s Premier League clash against Queens Park Rangers at home.

The Reds will head into the encounter at Anfield on the back of a 1-0 defeat to Hull City away from home at the KC Stadium on Tuesday.

Brendan Rodgers’s side are currently fifth in the Premier League table with 58 points from 34 matches, seven points behind fourth-placed Manchester United.

Liverpool will be determined to return to winning ways against relegation-threatened Spurs, and the players were training hard today.

Two of Liverpool’s youth-team players were training with the senior players today: Callum Nicholas and Marc Pelosi (see picture above).

Nicholas has been on the books of the Merseyside outfit since the summer of 2014 when he joined them from rivals Manchester United.

The youngster is currently part of the Liverpool Under-18 squad and can play either as a central midfielder or an attacking midfielder.

Pelosi is part of the Liverpool Under-21 team and is a talented left-footballer player. The versatile American can play in central midfield, on the left wing and at left-back.
