Newcastle United take on Leicester City in a hugely important match this weekend.
Dummett has been out for a considerable amount of time with injury, but he stepped up his recovery process and returned to first-team training this week, while Sissoko is due to return from suspension at the weekend.
It is some positive news for the club to celebrate after what has been a tough period, and Carver admits that the whole squad have been buoyed by the duo's returns.

Newcastle also had the bonus of keeping Siem de Jong in training, after he showed his importance to the side last weekend.
De Jong has missed nearly the whole season so far after struggling to stay off the treatment table, but he came off the substitutes' bench to score against Swansea City last Saturday and he has now got another week's worth of training under his belt.
It has helped him regain some match sharpness, but Carver is reluctant to put him straight back into the starting line-up.
JC: "Siem de Jong is ready for this weekend, having played 90 minutes for the under-21s. He is not ready to start, however." #NUFC— Newcastle United FC (@NUFC) April 30, 2015
Newcastle take on Leicester City this weekend and they will know that a defeat in the fixture will drag them right into the thick of a relegation battle.
