Delph has started to earn international recognition recently and he feels that the Everton contingent are some of the more friendly players in the Three Lions squad.
Delph says that Leighton Baines, Ross Barkley, Phil Jagielka and John Stones all helped him settle in when playing for his country, but he is not hoping to do them a favour at the weekend.
Villa take on the Toffees on Saturday, and although Delph is looking forward to seeing some of his England teammates he insists that his main focus will be on securing his side the three points.
"Everton have quite a few of their players in the squad," he said.
"There's Leighton Baines, Ross Barkley, Phil Jagielka and John Stones. They were all very welcoming to me when I broke into the England squad.
"It will be nice to see them this weekend - but my focus is on the right result for the team to move us further away from danger."
Villa need to beat Everton to start moving away from the relegation zone, but doing so will be easier said than done.
The Toffees have been in superb form recently and they head into the game against Tim Sherwood's side with a lot of momentum behind them after beating Manchester United in their last fixture.
Villa have improved considerably under Sherwood's guidance, though, and if they can keep their current performance levels up then they will feel confident of getting a result.
