The Celtic boss has spoken of speculation linking his side with summer additions.

Celtic manager Ronny Deila has been speaking ahead of his side’s Scottish Premiership match against Dundee.

In comments published on the Bhoys’ official Twitter account, the Norwegian spoke about the transfer speculation as another season draws to an end.

Celtic are likely to strengthen this summer, especially when you consider they could lose some of their current players at the end of their loan deals, but Deila was not drawn on likely targets at this early stage.

“These are just rumours,” Deila said. “We have our targets and we work on things. When it’s clear we’ll tell you.”

Celtic look set to lose loanee John Guidetti while fellow Manchester City player Jason Denayer could be waving goodbye following an outstanding campaign at the club.

If that happens, a new striker and a new centre-back will surely be high on Deila’s agenda. But there is still football to be played this season, and when the time comes to complete deals, Celtic will keep their cards close to their chest until the moves they hope for are completed.
