Celtic's manager has been looking ahead to the weekend's action.
Celtic manager Ronny Deila has been speaking ahead of his side’s league game against Dundee, where victory coupled with dropped points for Aberdeen a day later will see the Bhoys clinch the Scottish Premiership title.
Celtic are currently eight points clear of Aberdeen with four games remaining. That means if Deila’s side win on Friday evening they will be 11 points clear; leaving Aberdeen needing to win against Dundee United the following day to keep the race alive.
In comments published by Celtic’s official Twitter account, Deila revealed what he will be doing on Saturday, and it will not be keeping a close eye on the score at Tannadice.
“I’m going to have a confirmation with my kids so I’m happy for the programme as well,” Deila said.
“I didn’t think I could make it but now I can go home to Norway Saturday morning to be there when they are confirmed. I’ll go home to see them and back on the Monday.”
Celtic are on the verge of a domestic double, having won the Scottish League Cup earlier in the campaign.
While an historic treble ultimately proved too much of a challenge this time out, Deila still looks set for a wonderful campaign at the club. But while many Celtic fans are likely to have a very close eye on Aberdeen’s next fixture, the 39-year-old will have other things on his mind.
