Lukas Podolski finally scored his first goal for Inter Milan, four months into his loan spell.
The Arsenal forward signed with Inter in early January full of hope he could turn around a disappointing start to the season, failing to start a single Premier League game.
The German international has however struggled in Italy, and has lost his place in Roberto Mancini's starting line-up, but perhaps finally he is starting to come good.
He came on as a substitute last night against Udinese, and scored a superb goal rifled in from outside the penalty area into the top corner, past the hands of the outstretched goalkeeper.
Podolski predictably celebrated wildly, with the goal following up an assist he provided for Mauro Icardi in the previous game.
A long-term stay at Inter may not however be on the cards despite his goal. The Mail reported this week that Inter boss Roberto Mancini had told the Italian press Podolski wanted to return to Arsenal this summer.
If the German can produce the type of finish for Inter he did last night during pre-season for Arsenal, he may yet convince boss Arsene Wenger to give him a second chance.
His goal prompted plenty of reaction on social networks from Arsenal and Inter fans. Here is a selection of the comments...

I see Podolski scored for Inter. A possible statement? Just a day after Mancini said he wants to return to Arsenal.— Padraig (@Goondogan) April 28, 2015
