Report: Floro and Sanders to leave Sheffield Wednesday at the end of the season

Sheffield Wednesday youngsters Rafael Floro and Ed Sanders will not be offered new deals at Hillsborough.

The Sheffield Star suggests that Rafael Floro and Ed Sanders will both leave Sheffield Wednesday this summer, with their contracts expiring.

The young pair have both been identified as players with exciting futures, but it seems that their careers will now be spent away from Hillsborough.

Both Floro and Sanders have reportedly not done enough to convince the Owls hierarchy that they are worth handing new deals to, and they will be free to move to new clubs in the summer.

They could be the first of a number of Wednesday players who will depart Hillsborough in the coming months, with the club expected to be very active in the market.

The arrival of Dejphon Chansiri has raised expectations at Wednesday and the demands of their players are increasing.

The Owls will be expected to be amongst the promotion favourites next season and this may be the first sign of how ruthless the club will have to be over the summer.

Wednesday have 15 players going out of contract at the end of the season and it seems that more could follow Floro and Sanders out of the exit door soon.
