Guardiola is reportedly Arsenal’s first-choice target to replace Arsene Wenger, and you can see why with his trophy record.
Since being named Barcelona head coach in July 2008, Guardiola has risen from an unknown with a solid playing career to one of the greatest ever managers and a creator of the tiki-taka style of play.
The Catalan head coach has won trophies with Barcelona and now Bayern Munich, and his success has Premier League teams wanting to hire the 44-year-old, with Arsenal and Manchester City the two teams showing a keen interest in him, as per the Daily Mail.
It is hard to disagree with any club hiring Guardiola, just going by his name and reputation, but it is when you look at his actual management record that his career success really shine through.
In his short managerial career, Guardiola has won a trophy every 18 matches, having taken charge of 348 games across spells with Barcelona and Bayern.
He has league titles in both Spain and Germany, as well as two Champions League success to his name, and cup wins in both countries. He could well add another DFB-Pokal and Champions League win this term with Bayern, and it does not look like his career is ending any time soon.
It is amazing just how impressive Guardiola has been as a manager since being promoted to Barca head coach after a spell with Barcelona B, and his 74.4% career-wide win ratio is phenomenal.
Arsenal and Manchester City might want him, and from looking at his record it is no surprise why - although prising him away from Bayern may prove an extremely tough challenge.
