Manchester United loanee celebrated with Cristiano Ronaldo, as the Arsenal legend insisted he should have done earlier in the week.
Did Real Madrid take a dig at Arsenal legend Thierry Henry after Chicharito scored for the club last night?
The Mexican netted twice in a 4-2 win over Celta Vigo, following up his winner against Atletico Madrid in the Champions League in midweek.
Chicharito just scored. Is it ok if he celebrates @ThierryHenry?— Top Corner (@HITCtopcorner) April 26, 2015
Javier Hernandez was criticised by SkySports pundit Thierry Henry for his celebration against Atletico, with the ex-Arsenal and Barcelona striker adamant that the attacker should have celebrated with Cristiano Ronaldo for his part in the goal.
So perhaps it came as little surprise that Real Madrid made a point of picturing how Hernandez and Ronaldo celebrated together after the Little Pea's first goal against Celta Vigo, sending a tweet of the pair out to the club's 5.27 million Twitter followers.
Henry's views were roundly criticised, with even Arsenal fans using Twitter to call out the Frenchman for his comments.
Hernandez's goal against Atletico was his first for several months, but he is clearly back in favour and full of confidence, and may just be in with a chance to salvage his loan spell at the La Liga giants.
