Grading Leeds United's signings this season: Bamba A+ but Doukara a D

Leeds United Crest

How have Leeds' summer and January signings fared this season?

Adryan - C+ | A real fan favourite who can dazzle at his best. But a lack of strength and fight has kept him out of the side.

Mirco Antenucci - B+ | Leeds' top scorer but not an A due to Neil Redfearn's reservations about how he plays the lone striker role.

Sol Bamba - A+ | The Yorkshire side's best signing by a distance. Should be tied down to a permanent deal if possible.

Giuseppe Bellusci - B+ | Another solid centre-back for the most part but sometimes ill disciplined and not as consistent as Bamba.

Gaetano Berardi - B | Showing why Leeds United signed him with his recent form but out of the team for most of the season.

Edgar Cani - U | Leeds' worst signing by a distance. Just where is Edgar Cani?

Liam Cooper - B | Another good defender for the Yorkshire club this term, although the 23-year-old has delivered the odd poor performance.

Souleymane Doukara - D | Impressed initially but has simply disappeared since.

Dario Del Fabro - U | Leeds have not seen enough of him, despite an encouraging FA Cup performance from the youngster.

Granddi Ngoyi - U | The same goes for Ngoyi. His one display was a solid one but fitness has limited him to that solitary appearance.

Billy Sharp - B - | Has struggled to nail down a place in Redfearn's XI but has made important contributions to enough games to justify his signing.

Marco Silvestri - A | Pulled out as one of the 'injured six' and still needs to be more commanding in his box and in the air. Other than that, though, a superb recruit and a superb goalkeeper.

Casper Sloth - C- | Another Leeds star to show glimpses of promise but find himself frozen out at Elland Road.

Stuart Taylor - B | Has had little to do all season but has stepped in to do exactly what he was signed to in recent weeks.

Nicky Ajose hasn't been graded as he was loaned out, Brian Montenegro because he has largely played for the Under-21s, while Zan Benedicic and Tommaso Bianchi have suffered from long-term injuries.
