The Celtic loanee scored twice after being introduced as a substitute.
Has Ronny Deila pulled off a masterstroke with Liam Henderson?
The Bhoys boss loaned the 19-year-old out to Rosenborg recently and, after netting his first goal for the club, Henderson added a double to his tally on Saturday despite only being introduced with minutes to go during a 4-1 win.
With such form - and mainly game time - loaning Henderson out could prove perfect for the Celtic star's development...
But some Hoops fans aren't happy. Indeed, they feel loaning the teenager out when he is clearly capable of good things was a mistake - and that Celtic could have done with Henderson considering their current options on the bench.
One supporter on Twitter even pointed out the fact Henderson would have been particularly useful when the Bhoys had gone down to 10 men in the Scottish Cup semi-final last week.
Most, though, were simply happy for Henderson to be playing and netting as he was. This was a spectacular performance: to score two goals after come on late on is quite something. And it was the 19-year-old's birthday too...
He turned a simple 2-1 win into a 4-1 drubbing - and here's what Celtic fans made of Henderson's display on social media:
Henderson again. His second on his birthday. What a player #Celtic— Lars Joakim Hanssen (@LarsJoakimH) April 25, 2015
Don't want to put too much pressure on Henderson but I believe he will become a Celtic legend then move on to Barca/Real Madrid.— Jig (@Rocks_67) April 25, 2015
Mental to think Liam Henderson is only 19. Potential to be a future Celtic captain.— Kevin! (@KevinColeman_7) April 25, 2015
How well Liam Henderson is doing in Norway makes me question why he's out on loan when Celtic have Tonev and Scepovic sitting on the bench— Conor McGinty (@ConorMcGinty17) April 25, 2015
Liam Henderson on form today. He'd have been handy at Hampden last week with 10 men....— St.Anthony (@Stephen62572390) April 25, 2015
