Confirmed: Newcastle United v Swansea City line-ups

St James Park

This is how Newcastle United and Swansea City will line up for the Premier League clash at St. James’ Park…

Newcastle United will be looking to return to winning ways in the Premier League this afternoon when they take on Swansea City at home.

The Magpies have lost their last six league matches and are now in serious danger of suffering relegation from the English top flight.

John Carver’s side are currently 14th in the Premier League table with 35 points from 33 matches, just seven points above the relegation zone.

Meanwhile, Swansea find themselves eighth in the league standings at the moment with 47 points from 33 games and look set to finish in the top 10.

The Swans will head into today’s match at St. James’ Park on the back of a 2-0 defeat to Leicester City away from home at the King Power Stadium.

Garry Monk’s side are not in great form at the moment, though, as they have won just two of their last six Premier League matches.

It promises to be an exciting game at St. James’ Park, and this is how Newcastle and Swansea will line up…
