Celtic manager Ronny Deila will be delighted with the way his team responded to being knocked out of the Scottish Cup as they battled for a 2-1 win against Dundee last night, which maintained their lead at the top of the Scottish Premiership table.
One of the goalscorers from last night was central defender Virgil van Dijk, who scored a stunning free kick to show the quality he has in dead ball situations.
Stuart Armstrong did well to draw the foul, which gave the Dutchman the chance to whip a free kick over the wall, leaving the goalkeeper with absolutely no chance of saving it.
Next up for Celtic is another match against Dundee United who they battled hard against recently and Deila will be hoping the team can move a step closer to wrapping up the title and moving closer to a double, which would cap a solid first season in charge for the Norwegian coach.
Watch from about three minutes and 55 seconds to see the foul and the superb effort, which setup the win for the Bhoys.
