To be played on Saturday 25th April 2015 at 11:45. Venue: St. Mary's Stadium, Southampton
Odds: Southampton 21/20, Draw 12/5, Tottenham 5/2
Southampton welcome Tottenham Hotspur to St Mary’s on Saturday lunch-time with just one point and one place separating the two sides.
Whatever happens between now and the end of the campaign, nothing should be taken away from these two teams, who have both impressed for large portions of the season.
Southampton in particular have consistently shone and manager Ronald Koeman and his players should be applauded for their wonderful efforts.
Tottenham have slipped after coming close to silverware and it seems both sides will ultimately miss out on a top-four finish, but this result could go a long way to deciding who, if either, qualifies for the Europa League.
In early team news, goalkeeper Fraser Forster is out for Southampton with a knee injury while Victor Wanyama (suspended), Filip Djuricic (ankle) and long-term absentee Jay Rodriguez are all out.
Defender Toby Alderweireld is a doubt with a shoulder injury but is rated at 75 per cent to feature.
As for Tottenham, Kyle Walker is side-lined with a foot injury and Jan Vertonghen has a 50 per cent chance of recovering from illness.
Hugo Lloris is fighting to recover from a knee problem and Danny Rose has a minor hamstring injury.
