VfL Wolfsburg are reportedly keen on signing the Torino centre-back.
At the end of last month it was reported by The Sun that Tottenham Hotspur were ready to snap up the Polish international centre-back Kamil Glik in a deal believed to be worth around £8 million. The Torino defender has impressed this season and Spurs need new centre back options after a difficult season at the back.
The 27-year-old has however been in great form, which attracts plenty of suitors.
It is not just Tottenham who are looking at his signature. According to a report today Bundesliga high-flyers VfL Wolfsburg will be making a bid for the player in the summer as well. Tuttosport claim that the Bundesliga club are willing to pay handsomely for the services of the player as they look set for an assault on Europe next term.
Of course while this news will come as a blow to Spurs they are seemingly set to tie down one new defensive signing in the summer.
Kevin Wimmer of FC Koln looks all set to be joining the club this summer after declaring as such in an interview with Bild last night.
