Players from Inter Milan, Club Brugge, Stoke, Chelsea and Sporting Lisbon feature.
He reportedly wants Champions League football, which Spurs cannot offer him.
But if he was to leave, who could replace him?
Here are five potential options...
Mat Ryan - Club Brugge
The Australian is one of the top young keepers in Europe. He has demonstrated his excellent form on both the international and club scene this season, helping Brugge to the Europa League quarter finals.
He is also a former Tottenham trialist, spending time with the club in 2012.
They might even have his folder still on file.
Rui Patricio - Sporting Lisbon
Linked with Liverpool lately the Portuguese international is expected to leave Sporting this summer.
Would be a great acquisition.
Asmir Begovic - Stoke City
Could keep it in the Premier League and snap up the Bosnian from The Potters.
Begovic almost joined Spurs in 2010 but didn't as he did not think he would be a regular at the club, as reported by the Daily Mail.
Now, five years down the road, he might make a great replacement.
Petr Cech - Chelsea
This would be a fantastic signing.
The Czech international has shown he has not lost any of his talents despite being number two to Thibaut Courtois at Stamford Bridge.
Jose Mourinho has shown in the past he is not afraid to sell to Premier League rivals - could Cech head to The Lane.
Samir Handanovic - Inter Milan
Roberto Mancini is improving things at Inter but the recent poor performances of the team might see the Slovenian decide to make a move. He has Atletico stopper Jan Oblak breathing down his neck for the national team, so needs to continue impressing.
A move to Spurs might come at the perfect time.
