Celtic's youngsters take on their Rangers counterparts today and some of their most exciting teenage talent is on show.
Celtic have a number of young players coming through their ranks and some of those will be in action for the young Hoops against their Rangers counterparts this evening.
Stevie Frail’s side last took to the field against Inverness Caledonian Thistle at the start of April, winning 3-0 on that occasion. But this match is always going to be a big one, even if Rangers' first-team are currently a division below their fierce rivals.
Among those involved for Celtic is 19-year-old striker Paul McMullan – a player seemingly destined for the Bhoys’ first-team sooner rather than later.
McMullan has impressed on loan for Stenhousemuir, scoring two goals and providing two assists in eight appearances, and his versatility and innate talent means he is likely to be someone manager Ronny Deila keeps a very close eye on.
Also able to play on the wing, McMullan will know what it would mean to score against the young Rangers side later today.
Below is the full side taking part in the match:
Celtic under-20 starting XI: Fasan, Wardrop, Kelleher, Findlay, Chalmers, McManus, Lindsay, Thomson, Duffy, Waters, McMullan
Celtic under-20 subs: McGrath, Hart, Nesbitt, McCart, Hendry, Hill, Miller
