Manchester City will host West Ham United at the Etihad Stadium in the Premier League today.

Trevor Sinclair has told West Ham United’s official website that Sam Allardyce’s side need to be careful of Manchester City duo David Silva and Sergio Aguero.

West Ham will be looking to return to winning ways in the Premier League today when they take on defending English champions City away from home at the Etihad Stadium.

“For me, David Silva is always the key man in the centre of midfield,” former West Ham and City winger Sinclair told the Hammers’ official website.

“Alongside Sergio Aguero up front, they are the two key men that keep City ticking. If they turn up, it’ll be very difficult to keep them quiet. If they do, they’ll have a great chance of getting something from the game.

City have been in disappointing form in recent weeks, but they do have the better team and will be favourites to win today.

Silva and Aguero are two of the best players in Europe and are genuine world-class footballers.

Spain international attacking midfielder Silva has scored 11 goals and created 77 chances in 26 Premier League appearances, while having a pass accuracy of 85% and a shot accuracy of 62%.

Meanwhile, Argentina international striker Aguero has scored 19 goals and created 27 chances in 27 Premier League matches so far this campaign, while having a pass accuracy of 85% and a shot accuracy of 53%.
