The Colombian is wanted by both Premier League clubs.
This summer both Tottenham and Liverpool will be looking to bring in a new striker. Spurs have relied on the goals of Harry Kane this term. Roberto Soldado and Emmanuel Adebayor have struggled again and Kane needs real support.
Liverpool have struggled in the striker department as well. Daniel Sturridge has been injured for most of the season and the players they brought in have not exactly lived up to expectations. Mario Balotelli and Rickie Lambert have both been out of nick this term, meaning Raheem Sterling has led the line in recent times.
It is now being reported that both Premier League sides have the same target to battle for in the summer.
The Sevilla striker has been excellent during his time at the Spanish club and his goalscoring record throughout his career is fantastic.
Overall, throughout his career in Colombia, Belgium and Spain he has scored 184 goals in 356 career games - including 21 for Sevilla this term.
He would be a great signing in that respect but the Colombian is 29-years-old in September, which may put Tottenham or Liverpool off of his signature.
