Aston Villa-owned Gary Gardner and Henri Lansbury were disappointed with Nottingham Forest’s 3-3 draw with Blackburn Rovers at Ewood Park in the Championship.

Nottingham Forest midfielder Gary Gardner has taken to social networking site Twitter to give his reaction to his side’s failure to win against Blackburn Rovers today.

Forest failed to return to winning ways in the Championship, as they played out a 3-3 draw with Blackburn away from home.

In what proved to be a hugely entertaining game at Ewood Park, Rudy Gestede scored a hat-trick for Rovers and Michail Antonio found the target twice for the visitors.

In fact, Forest came back three times to earn a point from the match against Rovers.

Gardner, who joined the Reds on loan from Premier League outfit Aston Villa, played the entire 90 minutes of the Championship game.

The 22-year-old was understandably disappointed with the final result and made the following post on Twitter after the game.

Former Arsenal midfielder Henri Lansbury played for the entire match for Forest and scored on the stroke of half time.

The 24-year-old was appreciative of the Nottingham-based club’s travelling fans and posted the following message on Twitter.

Forest are currently 11th in the Championship table with 59 points from 44 matches.
