The Toffees returned to winning ways in the Premier League with a 1-0 success over the Clarets at Goodison Park.
Kevin Mirallas’s goal in the 29th minute proved to be the difference between the two sides in Liverpool.
Over the course of the 90 minutes, Everton had 66% of the possession, took 21 shots of which eight were on target, and earned five corners.
Meanwhile, visiting Burnley had the ball just 34% of the time, took 10 shots of which only one was on target, and earned six corners.
Tottenham Hotspur-owned Lennon played the entire match, and he was delighted to have helped Roberto Martinez’s side pick up all three points.
