Tottenham Hotspur winger Nacer Chadli has been singing the praises of Chelsea star Eden Hazard on Sky Sports.
Chadli and Hazard are Belgium international teammates, and the former is impressed with the performances of the Chelsea star this season.
“I have known him for a few years now and he is doing very well, especially this season he is scoring a lot of goals and is also providing assists for Chelsea,” the 25-year-old told Sky Sports. “He is the main man there.”
Hazard is one of the best players in the world and has been arguably the best player for Chelsea so far this season.
The 24-year-old has scored 12 goals and created 87 chances in 31 Premier League appearances, while having a pass accuracy of 87% and a shot accuracy of 60%.
The former Lille star is the main reason why Chelsea are on course to winning the league title this campaign, and his heroics have been recognised.
Hazard has been nominated for the PFA Player of the Year award, and so has Tottenham striker Harry Kane.
Liverpool playmaker Philippe Coutinho, Chelsea striker Diego Costa, Manchester United goalkeeper David de Gea and Arsenal forward Alexis Sanchez are the other shortlisted candidates.
