The Liverpool players were training today ahead of Sunday’s FA Cup semi-final tie against Aston Villa at London’s Wembley Stadium.
The Reds will be looking to build on their 2-0 victory over Newcastle United at Anfield in the Premier League.
With the chance of finishing in the top four looking slim, manager Brendan Rodgers and his players will be determined to reach the final of the FA Cup and win the competition.
One of the Liverpool players who will be keen on being involved in the match against Villa is Italy international striker Mario Balotelli.
The former Manchester City star has struggled for good performances throughout the season, and he will now be looking to step up.
Balotelli has scored one goal and created six chances in 14 Premier League appearances, while having a pass accuracy of 70% and a shot accuracy of 56%.
The 2014 summer signing was training with the rest of his Liverpool teammates today and seemed jovial enough, although he was also caught on camera carrying the balls at the start of the session.
