Chelsea are favourites to win the Barclays Premier League title, but Manchester United, following convincing victories over top-four rivals Manchester City, Liverpool and Tottenham Hotspur, travel to Stamford Bridge in fine form.  

Here are the top five statistics ahead of Saturday's highly anticipated clash:

1 - Chelsea have lost just one of their last 12 Barclays Premier League home games against Manchester United (W7 D4 L1). The Red Devils have suffered more Premier League defeats against their weekend opposition than against any other side (15).

12 - The host's last home defeat in the Premier League came almost exactly one year ago (April 19, 2014 vs Sunderland). Jose Mourinho's side are unbeaten at Stamford Bridge this term, having won on 12 occasions and drawn twice.

5 - Manchester United have won just five games on the road this term, while drawing a further seven. After victory over rivals Manchester City last weekend, the club have earned have 65 points in total; one more than they collected in the whole of 2013-14 (64).

6 - No duo have combined for more goals than Fabregas and Eden Hazard in the Premier League this season (six times, level with Costa & Fabregas). Meanwhile, former Blues midfielder Juan Mata has three goals and an assist in his last three league games for United.
