Over the past 24 hours Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang's name has been widely circulated in connection with a summer transfer to Arsenal, but the reality is there is no move imminent.
Yet Sky were not presenting Aubameyang as a current Arsenal transfer target.
Instead he was listed as one of five players who could leave Borussia Dortmund after manager Jurgen Klopp announced this week he would step down.
Aubameyang was listed as part of a speculative feature, rather than any fresh information suggested a transfer.
Where do Arsenal fit in?
The Gunners were one of three teams listed inside a 'linked to' section regarding Aubameyang, along with Liverpool and AC Milan, with a line mentioned stating 'Arsene Wenger is thought to be an admirer'.
The Dortmund forward was linked to Arsenal before he signed with the Bundesliga side, dating back to 2013 when The Mirror reported the club had scouted him playing for St Etienne.
It is of course possible Arsenal do look again at the speedy striker again this summer, as SkySports suggest, but media reports touting the Gunners as making a move right now have jumped the gun.
Arsene Wenger told Arsenal.com on Thursday: "It’s down to every club to make the right decision and to respect Dortmund. Dortmund is a massive club and will survive, and has the ability to keep their best players."
