Celtic attacking midfielder Kris Commons has taken to social networking site Twitter to suggest that it was he who scored the equaliser against Kilmarnock on Wednesday.
The 31-year-old has posted the following photo on Twitter to make it clear that it was he, and not midfielder Scott Brown, who found the target for the Bhoys in the 58th minute of the Scottish Premiership clash at Celtic Park.
Hopefully this answers the question whether it was browny or myself! pic.twitter.com/h2DMpvbVLQ— Kris Commons (@kcommons15) April 16, 2015
Commons’s goal laid the platform for Celtic to launch a successful comeback and get the better of Kilmarnock at home to move eight points clear at the top of the Scottish Premiership table.
The visitors had taken a surprise lead through Darryl Westlake in the 50th minute, but Leigh Griffiths scored a hat-trick in the final 25 minutes to ascertain the points for Celtic.
The Bhoys are currently at the top of the Premiership table with 76 points from 32 matches, eight points clear of second-placed Aberdeen.
