Lineker, Soldado and co react to ex-Liverpool ace Luis Suarez's dynamic performance

Former Liverpool top scorer Luis Suarez impressed for Barcelona in their comprehensive win over PSG, with Tottenham striker Roberto Soldado among his many admirers.

Luis Suarez humiliated former Chelsea defender David Luiz as Barcelona beat PSG 3-1 in the Champions League.

The ex-Liverpool striker scored two goals in the victory at the Parc des Princes, with his nutmeg on Luiz in the lead-up to the final goal particularly brutal.

Suarez upstaged Lionel Messi with his game-winning display, with his two goals coming from three total shots he attempted on the night.

The Uruguayan international now has six goals in six games this season in the Champions League, and a total of 18 goals in 28 games in all competitions for Barcelona.

His performance caused a stir among the watching audience, with Tottenham strikers past and present Gary Lineker and Roberto Soldado among those to hail the special talent Suarez possesses.

Former teammate Jamie Carragher also chimed in, joking about how Suarez did not find the net against him during the charity game organised by Steven Gerrard and himself earlier this month.

Suarez's six goals in six games are - painfully - more than the five Liverpool managed as a team in the Champions League in six games during the group stages.
