Liverpool prospect Lawrence Vigouroux has told the club’s official website that he grew up supporting Chelsea as a kid.
The 21-year-old goalkeeper joined the Reds in July 2014 after leaving Tottenham Hotspur's Academy.
Vigouroux, who has yet to make his first-team debut for Liverpool, had a trial spell at the Academy during the 2013-14 season and played for the U21 side in the defeat to Fulham away from home.
The youngster has revealed in a ‘Question & Answer’ session with Liverpool’s official website that he supported Chelsea as a kid.
Vigouroux, who is currently part of Liverpool’s Under-21 team, has also revealed that his ultimate dream in football is to represent Chile at the World Cup.
The youngster has been a regular for the Liverpool U21 side this season and seems to be in the good books of boss Michael Beale.
Vigouroux is not quite near the first team yet, but if he continues to perform well for the youth team, then he could find himself playing for Brendan Rodgers’s senior side sooner rather than later.
