Confirmed: Derby County v Blackpool line-ups

Here are the teams for the game between Derby County and Blackpool this evening.

Derby County will be the heavy favourites this evening for their game against Blackpool as they look to defend their place in the Championship play-offs. Steve McClaren’s team haven’t been in the best form over the last couple of months, but they should be confident of a shot at going up to the Premier League. Steve McClaren will be eager for his team to focus on the positives of their recent unbeaten run, which covers three games with draws against Watford and Brentford, with a draw against Wigan sandwiched in between. A win for Derby won’t change their position, but will put them closer to Middlesbrough just ahead of them in the table.

Blackpool have nothing to play for having already been condemned to life in League One for next season. Expect the Tangerines to put up a fight in this game as they will want to spoil the party, but they will need some very good Derby players to have off days if they are going to cause an upset and pull off a victory, which would give their fans something to shout about.
