The Norwegian is at the business end of his first season at Parkhead.
So far, so good for Ronny Deila at Celtic. The Bhoys boss has his side several points clear at the top of the Scottish Premiership, into the Scottish Cup semi-finals and having already wrapped up the Scottish League Cup title.
Or so it would seem.
Some Celtic fans still appear unconvinced. Deila's initial appointment last summer was met with plenty of derision - the Norwegian seen as the cheap option by many who were unimpressed with how Celtic's hunt for a new manager had transpired.
That feeling grew in many quarters when the Bhoys were unceremoniously dumped out of the Champions League not once but twice.
Since, though, Deila's on-field success, as well as his 'roars' and emphasis on building for the long term have turned some heads. But not all.
Indeed, as HITC Sport recently debated where Celtic would have been had they hired Roy Keane instead of the 39-year-old (here, at least, there is surely no doubt the Bhoys are better off) some readers expressed their discontent with Deila despite his achievements so far at Parkhead. Some, on the other hand, defended and heavily praised him. Here's what they said...

Totally embarrassed Celtic in Europe, not once, not twice, but three times this season. His teM has no shape, no plan, no strikers. We don't have a single plan in place for central defenders for next season. Hopes that the current pair stay, but no concrete plan.
'No, Deila still isn't the man for Celtic. A cheap, clueless man. Poorly chosen for all the wrong reasons.'

Ronny has been different in his approach and took a lot of stick and now his fortitude is reaping rewards for us Celts. Clueless man? WTF, thoroughly decent and thoughtful man, cleverly chosen for all the right reasons! hail, hail what a great season'

He certainly has not impressed me and to say he's in line for the treble and that makes him a good manager is nonsense. That one legged one eyed banjo playing lesbian would win the league with Celtic if she was the coach. Banged out the CL Qualifiers twice in the one season is not clever. Don't get carried away in a league we should have sewn up every March.'
