Microsoft drops price of Xbox One to £299 in the UK

Xbox One No Kinect

Now could be a good time to jump on the current-gen console bandwagon with the latest Xbox One price drop.

Have you been waiting for the right time to join the current generation of consoles? Well, now could be what you've been waiting for, as Microsoft have dropped the price of their Xbox One in the UK to £299.

Previously the console's RRP was £329.99 and it's the fourth time the Xbox One has seen its price drop, originally launching in the UK for £429.99. Microsoft UK told Eurogamer that 'this is a UK-only retail promotion.'
