Crystal Palace won their fixture with Sunderland yesterday 4-1 and there was no doubt who the star of the show was. Yannick Bolasie was in scintillating form on the flank for Palace, and tore Sunderland apart in the second half.
He netted a fantastic hat-trick, a first for Crystal Palace in the Premier League, and had Sunderland's defence chasing shadows for the majority of the fixture.
His hat-trick was as rapid as his feet. He scored his first goal in the 51st minute, and netted his third in the 62nd - a sensational 11 minute triple.

Two men who know about scoring goals for Palace are Mark Bright and Ian Wright. The former scored 92 league goals for The Eagles, the latter netted over 100 times in his Palace career. Wright is also the last player to score a hat-trick for Palace in the top-flight, back in 1991.
