Chelsea loanee Bertrand Traore scores seventh goal in ninth game for Vitesse

The teenager has been in terrific form for the Dutch side.

Talented Burkinabe midfielder Bertrand Traore has been on Chelsea's books for a while now although officially he only signed for the club in January. Prior to that the starlet could not receive a work permit for the club - but a pre-contract agreement was found in October 2013 after the 18-year-old had shone during the club's pre-season campaign.

He has been on loan at Vitesse since January last year and has recently been in top form.

He has scored an impressive seven goals in his last nine appearances, including an exceptional double against Excelsior Rotteram yesterday evening.

He netted two well-taken, almost Lionel Messi like strikes to send Vitesse into raptures in their away fixture last night.

But the goals and performance of Traore were typical for this season. To think he remains only 19-years-old beggars belief.

Traore is yet another player who is currently out on loan from Chelsea. The Burkinabe starlet has been fantastic this season, netting 14 goals in 29 appearances this term.

It is going to be tough for him to make it into the Chelsea first-team, but he is perhaps the brightest shining light on show away from the club.

Next season might be his to grab by the horns.
