Michael Owen has predicted in his Betvictor.com column that Arsenal will win Saturday’s Premier League clash against Burnley away from home.
The former Manchester United and Liverpool striker seems to believe that the Gunners will pick up all three points at Turf Moor without too much a problem.
“The Clarets have conceded ten in their last four games against the Gunners in all competitions and I can see more of the same at Turf Moor in the evening kick off,” the 35-year-old wrote on Betvictor.com.
“Olivier Giroud has a goal a game in his last ten appearances for Arsenal who look really sharp at the moment.”
Could Michael Owen’s prediction come true?
Most Premier League football followers will agree with Owen’s prediction that Arsenal will win at Burnley.
The Gunners have a much better team and are in superb form at the moment, having won seven successive Premier League matches.
Arsenal, who have scored 17 goals in that astounding run, are the only side yet to lose against opponents in the bottom half of the table.
However, Arsene Wenger’s men should not get complacent, as Burnley have earned four points from their last two home games and have kept clean sheets in both of them.
Half of the Clarets’ 26 points have come against clubs currently in the top 10, and having held Tottenham Hotspur to a goalless draw at home last weekend, they will be confident of going a step better against their North London rivals.
