Tottenham put on an open training session for their fans this week ahead of Saturday's game with Aston Villa.
A host of Spurs stars took part in a crossbar challenge this week in an open training day at White Hart Lane.
The Mail have a video of Etienne Capoue, Nabil Bentaleb, Roberto Soldado, Eric Dier, Harry Kane, Danny Rose and Christian Eriksen all involved in the competition to hit the crossbar from 40 yards, with varying degrees of success as each were granted a few attempts to hit the target.
Nobody managed it on their first try, but young Algerian international Bentaleb came out on top after he was the only player to hit the bar in the second round, while out of favour anchorman Capoue found his range on the third series of attempts.
Tottenham topscorer Kane finally hit the bar with his fourth effort.
Spurs took part in the Sky Sports version back in the 2008-09 season, with Jermaine Jenas managing to hit the bar from the halfway line, while the club's own media channel have run various similar challenges in recent seasons, with Christian Eriksen underlining his quality with some impressive displays.
It was no surprise then that the Dane was the subject of several attempts by his teammates to put him off, and they looked to be successful as the Dane failed with his shots.
Bentaleb has only scored once for Spurs, a goal against Newcastle in the League Cup earlier in the season, but the 20-year-old may fancy a long-range effort or two against former manager Tim Sherwood's Aston Villa side this weekend.
