Goldman shareholders to meet in San Francisco

Goldman Sachs, the top-ranked merger adviser to technology firms last year, will hold its annual shareholder meeting in San Francisco.

Bloomberg News reports that the investment bank will host the meeting on May 21 at its office at 555 California St., said David Wells, a spokesman for the company.

Shareholders will elect the firm’s board and vote on whether to approve executive pay and other issues.
