Onomah and Winks are considered to be two of Tottenham's brightest up-and-coming prospects and they have trained alongside the senior squad all season.
Their chances of receiving regular competitive first-team football so far, though, have been limited, with the pair both making just one appearance in all competitions.

If the youngsters thrive then the Argentine boss will know that his need for signings in central midfield will be reduced over the summer, but if they struggle then the Lilywhites can look to send them out on loan next term, as they continue their development process.
Without testing them, it will be hard to gauge if they are ready to make the step up though, and that could cost Spurs in the future, as they look for more of their youngsters to make the breakthrough.
