Aston Villa boss Tim Sherwood is keenly looking forward to his return to White Hart Lane.
Let go by Tottenham Hotspur last summer, Sherwood has not stopped talking about his former club, but gets the chance to take them on this Saturday.
His pre-game press conference was dominated by discussion about his exit from Spurs, and relationship with chairman Daniel Levy, which he insists is positive.
So much so, that he even jokes that he may try and swing a transfer deal or two.
He is quoted by The Daily Star: "I'm manager of a great club like this now. It's been great for me and I thank Daniel Levy for that."
"I don't have a problem with him.
"He's a good guy. I might ask him who he's going to sell me."
We assume Sherwood is joking of course, but at the same time you never know whether the Villa boss might test his luck.
Who could Spurs sign from Villa?
Tottenham would surely happily sell on a few of their cast-offs, like Paulinho, Etienne Capoue or Vlad Chiriches, although buying other club's unwanted stars did not exactly work out for former manager Paul Lambert last summer.
Those players too may not have happy memories of playing under Tim Sherwood last season, or vice versa, he might not have good impressions of them.
He may have more luck in trying to convince Spurs to let him have a talented youngster on loan for a season, a player like Tom Carroll if the club deem he would be better off having another 12 months developing.
To do so though, he will have to get through this weekend on his best behaviour, and ensure he doesn't rile up his old boss in the heat of the battle.
