With the striker leading the goalscorers' charts in Ligue 1, and having shot Lyon to a point off top spot, Lacazette has been linked to Arsenal, Liverpool and Spurs by the likes of the Mail in recent weeks.
Plenty of clubs will be eager to make attacking reinforcements come the summer, and Lacazette represents one of the few young talents who may be available, even were Lyon to qualify for the Champions League.
The big money wielded by those in the Premier League is likely to be a draw to both clubs and players who are open to a move, and there will be plenty of takers in England for the forward, who scored his first international goal last week.
Arsenal have been able to rely on the goals of Olivier Giroud this season, while Alexis Sanchez as contributed from a variety of attacking positions. However, after that there is no player in double figures, with Santi Cazorla, Aaron Ramsey and Danny Welbeck all stranded on 8 goals.
Welbeck's goal return will likely be a little disappointing, considering he was bought to come in for Giroud if necessary, and it is very likely that Wenger will be considering adding another proven prolific striker in the summer, having already reportedly checked on Lacazette's progress in the past.
Any interest Tottenham or Liverpool may have in the Lyon striker will be a little different to the attraction Arsenal might hold for Lacazette.
Both look unlikely to be able to offer Champions League football to the Frenchman, but will be desperate to add to attacking lineups that have been even more over reliant on one player this season than Wenger has been at the Emirates.
Daniel Sturridge's injury problems for Liverpool has meant that the entire Reds strike force has just 8 league goals between them, while Spurs will be mindful of suffering from similar problems were Harry Kane injured next season.
The two sides may be open to incorporating Lacazette into the starting lineup alongside their existing attacking stars, something that may lead the Ligue 1 star into considering Liverpool and Spurs over any Champions League outfits that come calling.
Whatever happens, if there is the slightest hint that Lacazette is available, even if it's for a large price, Lyon should expect more than one enquiry from across the Channel.
