QPR fans react on Twitter to Phillips' performance against Aston Villa

Queens Park Rangers supporters were delighted with the impact that Matt Phillips made against Aston Villa last night.

Matt Phillips' resurgence as a Queens Park Rangers player continued last night, as he put in an excellent performance against Aston Villa.

QPR drew 3-3 with Villa and Phillips was a major reason that they avoided defeat against one of their relegation rivals.

The rapid winger scored the R's first goal and he then set up their next two on a night which showed just how dangerous an outlet he is on his day.

Phillips now tops the Premier League assist charts in 2015 and he looks to be a far more confident player under Chris Ramsey.

Harry Redknapp had largely excluded Phillips, giving him sporadic opportunities, but Ramsey has made him one of the R's key players and is seeing the benefit.

Last night, Phillips put in a staggering 10 crosses, created four chances for his teammates and went on two dribbles in a performance which earned him a lot of praise from QPR supporters.

He now needs to ensure that he maintains these standards as QPR look to avoid the drop this season.

Here is the best reaction to Phillips' performance on social media site Twitter.
