Confirmed: Aston Villa v QPR line-ups

Here are the confirmed teams as Aston Villa host QPR this evening.

Aston Villa have the home advantage against QPR this evening and the side should be looking to make the most of it. Villa are under a little bit of pressure and need three points to put that pressure back onto Sunderland and Hull City. There’s no other way for the side to look at it; this is a massive game and arguably one of the biggest tests that Tim Sherwood has experienced in his career so far. The Villa Park crowd need to get right behind the team he’s selected to try and exploit any nerves from QPR’s players.

QPR’s incentive to try and get a win this evening is that a victory lifts them out of the bottom three. A win puts them onto the same number of points as Aston Villa and should be enough to see them out of the drop zone on goal difference. QPR are scrapping for their lives and need to be ready for everything Villa throw at them this evening before pressing forward as they look for a winner and a weakness to exploit.
