BBC pundit Garth Crooks has written in his Team of the Week article that Tottenham should be 'very concerned' about Arsenal and Alexis Sanchez.
Tottenham's quest for a top four place took a major blow on Sunday after a dour 0-0 draw away at relegation-threatened Burnley - but Arsenal had no such problems over the weekend.
The Gunners obliterated Liverpool at the Emirates Stadium, hammering their rivals 4-1 thanks to goals from Hector Bellerin, Mesut Ozil, Alexis Sanchez and Olivier Giroud.
With seven Premier League wins in a row, Arsenal are up into second place, and lie just seven points behind leaders Chelsea as they mount a late dash for the title.
It still seems unlikely that Arsene Wenger's men will usurp Chelsea to take the Premier League crown, but their recent form has been little short of sensational.
Now nine points clear of rivals Tottenham, the Gunners will once again claim the position as the best team in North London - even after failing to beat Spurs this season.
BBC pundit and former Tottenham striker Crooks named Sanchez in his team of the week, and said that Arsenal's recent form is enough to make Spurs fans cry.
"The Chilean just blew Liverpool away," said Crooks. "Once again Alexis Sanchez produced some blistering football in a 90-minute display by Arsenal that must have left Tottenham fans very concerned about a possible League and Cup double by their north London rivals. Can you imagine? It's enough to make you want to cry!"
