The England international revealed on Twitter that he was at the Party Next Door event in Birmingham on Saturday night.
The loss at the Emirates Stadium all-but guarantees that the Reds will miss out on Champions League football next season, as the Merseysiders find themselves seven points adrift of the top four.
Sturridge tweeted from the PartyNextDoor event in Birmingham, and followed this up with a number of other messages stating how Liverpool would come back stronger in the future.

Can't take my mind off the game no matter how much I try... We'll Come back stronger...— Daniel Sturridge (@D_Sturridge) April 4, 2015
Given that Sturridge has been suffering from injury and was only fit enough to come off the bench on Saturday, the fact that he was out partying will not sit well with the Liverpool fans.
A number took to Twitter to chastise the player over his decision to have a night out despite the team’s demoralising defeat.
Sturridge has suffered from injury concerns this season and has only started seven Premier League games in 2014-15.
Four goals in the league are a far cry from the 21 he netted last season, with the Reds not as potent as an attacking weapon without the 25-year-old fit and firing.
